"By Lamplight and Campfire" explores the forms of music played and sung by both sides during the Civil War: parlor music, soldiers' aires, spirituals and abolitionist songs. Presented by vocalists in period costume within a narrated overview of Civil War Music History. (Productions: The Hillsboro Community Assn.
