PRINT ADVERTISING CONTRACT

And be included in 2,000 playbills printed for Aurora patrons and media representatives during the following production:
- GUYS AND DOLLS - November 1-16, 2008 at Franklin Park Performing & Visual Arts Center, Purcellville, VA

This will be the FIRST musical presented by a community theatre company in Loudoun's brand new performing arts venue

The Advertiser desires to purchase ad space in Aurora Studio Theatre's Playbill for the run of THE SHOW DESCRIBED ABOVE. Aurora will publish a minimum of 2,000 copies of the Playbill, to be distributed to audience members, media in attendance, advertisers, and Aurora's performers and volunteers. Advertiser agrees as follows:

1. Advertiser agrees to purchase ad space in the Playbill as indicated above. Full payment must accompany this contract.

2. Advertiser agrees to provide black and white camera-ready artwork to Aurora Studio Theatre with this contract OR will provide the artwork to Aurora by no later than September 30, 2008.

3. Advertiser agrees that if the artwork is not provided by September 30, 2008, Aurora will print the advertiser's name and address only in the advertising space purchased by the Advertiser. The Advertiser will not be extended any refund or discount in the event artwork is not received by the specified deadline. The advertiser will remain liable for the full amount indicated in paragraph one.

4. In the event a special position request cannot be met, Aurora will notify Advertiser and work out an appropriate substitute placement and proper credit. All special placement position requests will be fulfilled on a first come, first served basis.
